Our Rights and Our Responsibilities: Emotional Mastery is dedicated to assisting and supporting people in positively changing their lives. This is done by offering people spiritual mentoring, intuitive holistic healing guidance, vibrational medicine, subconscious mind healing and energetic healings. Advice and information offered by Emotional Mastery Pty Ltd in any one on one session or group work is based exclusively on her impressions and experiences.  We make no promises regarding the accuracy, relevance and quality of the information and the methods used in our work. Emotional Mastery has employers that have been trained as Intuitive Guide, Timeline Therapist, EFT Practitioner, NLP Practitioner, Australian Bush Flower Teacher, Life Coach and Shaking Medicine Teacher, however, all of our work is offered to clients from a holistic spiritual perspective to aid them in their self-healing and self-empowerment. Emotional Mastery does not claim to heal people. 

This is Alternative or Complementary Health Care and Therapy is a legal Complementary Healthcare Provider, and not a licensed Medical Doctor, Psychologist, Psychiatrist, Master’s in Family and Child Counselling (MFCC), or a Master’s in Social Work (MSW). The services you receive are not licensed in this state, nor are they regulated by a governmental body. The self-regulated holistic treatments and client centred disciplines in which your healer is trained.

We simply allow people to experience and access their optimal selves. If you have any questions about the services or training offered by Emotional Mastery please ask before purchasing!

Payment Terms: Emotional Mastery Pty Ltd use the 3rd party payment platform,  Stripe, Ezi-debit or Square to process credit and debit card transactions. By making a purchase from Emotional Mastery Pty Ltd, you also agree to be bound by Stripe, Ezi-debit and Square Terms of Service.  You are responsible for all transactions (one-time, recurring, and refunds) processed through Stripe, Ezi-debit or Square. Emotional Mastery Pty Ltd is not liable for loss or damage from errant or invalid transactions processed with your transaction account. 

This includes transactions that were not processed due to a network communication error, or any other reason. If You process a transaction, it is your responsibility to verify that the transaction was successfully processed. Direct Deposit payments may also be arranged on request. 

Payment plans: Payment Plans may be available for some services and products. Please ask us for information about the specific course you are considering. 

Refunds: If either of us wishes to stop our working relationship before completion of your sessions or program we agree to inform each other in writing. All USED sessions will not be refunded. If the client or Emotional Mastery Pty Ltd decides to terminate the 1 to 1 coaching program  or group program due to an inability to see transformation or if symptoms get worse, before the agreed time of termination, the client will receive a refund for the sessions not used. Two weeks notice must be provided. This MUST to be made in writing. 

Under any  circumstances something happens to Emotional Mastery Pty Ltd you will be refunded the remainder of the coaching package you have not used. This will be refunded by Ezidebit, Stripe or Square into your bank account. 

Delivery online sessions: Online sessions with Emotional Mastery Pty Ltd are provided via Zoom. A link will be provided to you at the time of booking. 

In person sessions: In-person sessions are available location dependant.  The address will be provided at the time of booking. 

Cancellation Policy: 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel your appointment or payment is forfeited. Emotional Mastery Pty Ltd reserves the right to postpone scheduled appointments if personal circumstances require it. 

Return Policy: Emotional Mastery Pty Ltd does not offer refunds to customers who have brought digital courses or programs who simply change their mind. In addition, for 1-1 coaching programs and intensives, group work or retreats unless a medical certificate is provided because they can’t attend due to health issues. A partial refund maybe or the cost can me moved to another product. There is a non-refundable deposit amount of 50% for all workshops if they cannot attend the booked workshop they are able to transfer their booking to the next available workshop/program. In the unlikely event that Emotional Mastery Pty Ltd cancels the workshop/program, any amount paid will be refunded in full. The cost of any one on one session, product or service is non-refundable but all reasonable attempts will be made to reschedule to a new time if a client cannot make an existing booking and notifies Emotional Mastery Pty Ltd with more than 24 hours’ notice. If Emotional Mastery Pty Ltd is unable to make the appointed time, all reasonable attempts will be made to reschedule to the next available appointment time that suits the client. Any 1-1 personal coaching contacts can be withdrawn on certain circumstances but 2 weeks notice must be given. 

Client problems: If a client or student has a major problem, they are required to make every reasonable effort to make their concerns known to Emotional Mastery Pty Ltd. We will do our best to resolve the situation to the mutual satisfaction of everyone involved. If we are unable to negotiate a satisfactory conclusion, the matter will proceed to formal mediation before a neutral third party. 

Licence to use our Site: We grant you a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable, worldwide, non-transferable licence to use our Site in accordance with these Terms.  All other uses are prohibited without our prior written consent.

Prohibited conduct: You must not do or attempt to do anything: that is unlawful; prohibited by any laws applicable to our Site; which we would consider inappropriate; or which might bring us or our Site into disrepute, including (without limitation):

(a) anything that would constitute a breach of an individual’s privacy (including uploading private or personal information without an individual’s consent) or any other legal rights;

(b)   using our Site to defame, harass, threaten, menace or offend any person;

(c) interfering with any user using our Site;

(d)   tampering with or modifying our Site, knowingly transmitting viruses or other disabling features, or damaging or interfering with our Site, including (without limitation) using trojan horses, viruses or piracy or programming routines that may damage or interfere with our Site;

Disputes: In the event of any dispute arising from, or in connection with, these Terms (Dispute), the party claiming there is a Dispute must give written notice to the other party setting out the details of the Dispute and proposing a resolution. Within 7 days after receiving the notice, the parties must, by their senior executives or senior managers (who have the authority to reach a resolution on behalf of the party), meet at least once to attempt to resolve the Dispute or agree on the method of resolving the Dispute by other means, in good faith.  All aspects of every such conference, except the fact of the occurrence of the conference, will be privileged. If the parties do not resolve the Dispute, or (if the Dispute is not resolved) agree on an alternate method to resolve the Dispute, within 21 days after receipt of the notice, the Dispute may be referred by either party (by notice in writing to the other party) to litigation.

Severance: If a provision of these Terms is held to be void, invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision must be read down as narrowly as necessary to allow it to be valid or enforceable. If it is not possible to read down a provision (in whole or in part), that provision (or that part of that provision) is severed from these Terms without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder of that provision or the other provisions in these Terms.

Jurisdiction: Your use of our Site and these Terms are governed by the laws of NSW. You irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts operating in NSW and any courts entitled to hear appeals from those courts and waive any right to object to proceedings being brought in those courts.

Downloads: From time to time we may offer downloadable material on the website. This material is intended for your personal use only and may not be used or sold commercially by you or anyone who gains access to it through you. While we take every care, we are not responsible for any viruses or other damage which may occur as a result of downloading material from our site.
